Goodbye Elder Heperi!

Luke at home with his friends just before his setting apart, Monday Nov. 5, 2007.

Pictures of Luke at the SLC airport waiting for his plane.

Two missionaries travelling on the same flight to the Brazil MTC.

Luke's shoes. Auntie Jo wanted a picture to see if, when he gets back, they look as good or if they get worn out.

Oh dear, I don't know how many messages I've tried to post on here, but kept getting them rejected coz I didn't know my password, so sorry if I've overloaded your site, and here's promising, this will be my final attempt before I go hibernate in the bush!!! Fortunately, I copied my previous attempt, so here's hoping I can retrieve it. :)

Kia Ora, Elder Heperi & congratulations on your call. I have just had a chance to look through your pics from when u left Salt Lake & got all sad, and even had a bit of a tangi (cry) especially seeing the ones of you & mum & dad & your family. Fortunately, that's a while ago now, aye, & u are now well and truly into the mahi (work) mode. :)I have yet to catch up on all the happenings on your mission so will do that before asking questions that have probably all been answered in the blog. Just wanted to say how proud we all are of you and know that all will go well with you & your mission service. For now, from Aotearoa, arohanui & here's wishing u lots of beautiful experiences. Love, Aunty Wan, Auckland, New Zealand.
